log out from ea site then log in again

I am new to PS5. I am trying to help my son.
I have the error code WV - 109156-2 - it says "something went wrong" now I can't play NHL 23. Can you help?
I reset the console. I don't know how to log out of EA and back in. Sorry I am new to this.

Log in with your EA account using mobile/pc. Accept the terms and this is all. After this you can acces by console

Start the game with the console disconnected from the internet, then when you are in the game menu connect the console to the internet again and try to enter the online mode of the game and at the moment it is loading hit the square and triangle buttons many times until the option to put your email appears, if it doesn't work the first time, repeat the steps.
Oh, and if after entering your email it does not show you anything else, then press the square button or x several times until it appears to enter your password

Not working tried logging in and out of ea and no user agreement pops up…
