Hi, no I don't have a specific message, the message that I always get is that I can't go online, I have to signed in to my EA account in order to play online and I have to check my internet connection. But the thing is, I have signed to my EA account and I have no problem with my wifi connection at all. No matter how much I have tried to connect the online, the game wouldn't let me and would give me that message. The game won't let me pass the synchronization phase, it would get stuck when the game is trying to synchronize items and will ended up unable to connect to online services.
Here are some things that I have done to try to resolve this issue but STILL didn't work
1. Uninstall and reinstalling the game
2. Repairing the game
3. Running network diagnostics
4. Switching my internet connection from cable to USB wifi
5. Updating EA app
6. Running the game in administrator mode
Is there anything else that I should do? It seems like I'm the only one who has this problem here.

I have the same issue. Running on ps5. I tried everything as tech support chat suggested but still the same.
