NFS:Unbound Connection Lost Issue

Product: Need for Speed: UnboundPlatform:PCSummarize your bug the game refuses to go online. im ethernet connected, ive tried all the solution options and they have not worked at all. ive even tried the last option with was waiting in case it was another server issue. im running the game as admin, im running steam as admit, im running ea as admin. i went into the files of the game and hit the tab "run as admin" i click on "go online" and the game attempts to go online, the new tabs unlock but then as soon as its done loading it says "failed to go online please check your connection and try again" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lHMj2ZYqoQHow often does the bug occur? no matter what i do im still having this issue, i promise you ive done every fix that i've found on the net and nothing has fixed this for me.
