No police cars that I can pick to use and no police section in garage

My game shows there are no police area and I don’t have a Victoria crown or am I wrong. I tried looking and I asked for help and nope they are patching it up and I was wondering when they were patching it so I can use a police car or do I need a ps plus account and play online I have no idea so I just need help is it just me or it is auctally a bug that they will fix.

    @maddox1012 The projections are only available for Cop Cars in the Cop Garage in Lakeshore Online mode, they are not available in Story mode or cars that are not in the Cop garage. They are unlocked via the Speed Pass.

    Banners are only available in Lakeshore Online, not in Story mode.

    Hi @maddox1012 Can you provide a screenshot please? Cop garage is only useable in Lakeshore Online modes and not Story mode in case that is where you're looking for it. Thanks

     Stevob this is the photo but are you supposed to get the Victoria crown police car at first? My game is glitched because am I supposed to get the projections and liscence plates? Is it for both of them.

    @maddox1012 This looks like Story mode, the Cop Garage is only available in Lakeshore Online. Try Lakeshore Online and the Cop Garage will be there.

    The Crown Victoria you get in Cop Garage is only for Hot Pursuit mode, I will double check where the availability of license plates and projections for both modes and get back to you.

    Last few questions am I supposed to get the projections and where can I review my banner?
