No reward car

What happens when the bug occurs? The extracted car doesn't appear in the garage
What do you expect to see? The car that I successfully extract will appear in the garage

I have been playing lockdown mode quite a lot lately. In the first couple of weeks I could extract and keep all the cars on the first try, but it's been roughly 2 weeks that I can't extract cars anymore, or at least not always. Yesterday and today I extracted the custom lotus exige and didn't get it either time. Some other cars I had to extract them twice before actually get it, but with the exige I already extracted 2 times and still not getting it. What's the problem? How many more times realistically i have to extract it before getting it? What are your experiences with this bug? Other cars didn't take more than 2 attempts before getting it but this particular one is driving me crazy. Not to mention that's it's hard to find it too. It's the last car that I need in order to get them all. Also, if you sell one of those cars and then extract it again do you get to keep it or not? Does anyone know?
