Not able to see specific customization on Audi R8

Summarize your bug I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I see people online able to put on widebodys on their R8's. When I check the fenders, it doesn't show any besides the already equipped stock fenders. Bumpers as well. I am able to see other parts, though, for example: the spoilers, splitters, wheels, and exhaust.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Possibly by checking your databases?
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't see specific Audi R8 visual customization
What do you expect to see? To see different fenders or bumpers as an option

I can still put on performance upgrades but its just the new parts of the Audi R8 I can't see
