Nothing Pop out when start
so i bought my nfs unbound on steam and everytime I click play, nothing happen, the ea app will show up saying "preparing game" and then nothing. i tried every solution like updating driver, deleting dx12 file but nothings working. is there a chance that nfs unbound cant run on windows 11? I really don't know what is the problem here. really considering refunding the game

Can we start by trying the following steps?
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
