I've cleared my cache and restored my data base plus I un-installed and reinstalled the game twice and still get the error. The fame 8s unplayable. This is on PS5.

      I had 115 cars now I have 85 because apparently if you have too many car the game won't load you into free mode. However, that is not the problem with PVP. Criterion dropped the ball on that one and they need to do something about it.
