one of the game files is corruoted. Please repair install
I cant delete NFS unbound from my pc. I joined the EA play for $5 through steam i think, dont remember, now i am getting this message anytime. When im in EA App i cant repair it cause i dont own it.

Thanks for this, to confirm are you still subscribed to EA Play on Steam?
Also, instead of repairing via EA App since the game is installed on Steam, we will want to verify it there instead.

If the issue continues we can also try the following (if you have not already):
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
