Online Game will not load. Selected car seen in menu preview is missing parts.

This seems to have presented itself during modification of one of my cars. I applied a community skin to my Porsche Taycan, followed by a body kit but that somehow removed the skin that I had just applied. So I went back and reapplied it, no problem. Next, I went to change the back rims when I noticed that the car was floating all of the sudden because somehow I had no tires. I shrugged that off as well and changed the second set. Now i noticed that the panels were completely missing, and I was left with nothing but a chassis. So, I exited the garage thinking surely, it'll correct itself when I leave. But it didn't, I could still drive around but the car made no sound (yes, it's electric and supposed to be quite but there was nothing). At this point a game reset seemed necessary. After relaunching the game, I noticed that the half rendered / corrupted Taycan was still equipped and visible from the main menu preview where you select to play online. I launched multiplayer and the game appeared to load up 100% but it would never go beyond the loading screen. To be clear I cannot access the garage, or I would delete the Taycan to hopefully stop this from happening. Now I deleted my console saved data and launched the game back up. This allowed me to join multiplayer, but I had no progress. So, I downloaded my cloud storage to see if I could now to play, but it had already been overwritten with the corrupted car and so I ran into the same Issue. Finally, I redownloaded the entire game, this didn't work either.

The car is a Porshe Taycan, i believe if someone were to delete it from my account the issue would be fixed. 

I love this game and continue to purchase all DLC's and premium passes for the sole purpose of supporting continued development. I have 190 hours playtime, and the platinum trophy. I go as far as tracking on a spreadsheet my race times, new high scores, and builds while competing with friends. I've reached a point where currency is literally irrelevant because I have tried every car in the game, and I own every car I like.

I say all of that because resetting my progress as it seems to be the only fix from my end is unexpectable and I will regretfully have to demand a refund if this can't be fixed. Although if in response from you guys, if I am forced to reset then I would accept with practically infinite reimbursement of in game currency in order to return the game to my achieved playstyle. This would be a lot of work on my end restocking my garage but it would be worth it to me, and I would avoid the hassle of trying to refund more than half a dozen DLC's with the game.
