OnLine Saves is Gone!

Kindly need assistance in restoring all the cars that i had earned and bought throughout my gameplay with story and online. As recently i was a victim of a hacking whereby compromised most of my gaming accounts in return my software is wiped. Now when I'm recollecting all my accounts again and booting up games I have found that NFS:Unbound progress had been reset whereby i have not done the Story Mode but for Online my progress is there as seen with the Season Pass but issue is all of my rightfully owned rides are missing. Kindly help to restore them, your assistance is really appreciated.

    Hi @IzzDrv 

    To confirm NFS Unbound saves locally and not online, with someone access your EA (or other) gaming accounts they should not be able to remove your progress without accessing your device. 

    If they potentially have, You may want to working with local authorities and PC specilist on securing your device. 

    From here we can try to check your local files to confirm your save is still there, if not then the save most likely would have been corrupted or experienced a similar issue.

    Hi @IzzDrv, To confirm do you remember if you received an error message during your last sessions if the game had issues saving? If not, how do you typically close NFS Unbound?

    Good day,

    As I've mentioned I haven't been on a few days after the hacking begun, so prior to that I usually quit game the proper way and no error message was shown. But after I formatted my softwares after the hacking issue as mentioned my local saves was not able to be retrieved hence my issue.

    To confirm NFS Unbound saves locally and not online, with someone access your EA (or other) gaming accounts they should not be able to remove your progress without accessing your device.

    ok, please help to check if on EA side if my online saves are still available while in the mean time i am also trying to recover my locally save files.Thank you for the assistance

    Hi @IzzDrv, To confirm saves are stored locally, there are NO saves for us to check on an online server.
