PC Horrid random controller input lag/disconnect

For some reason I have this extremely weird lag that randomly hits the controller. I'll be driving then suddenly can't turn, or I'm turning and locked into a turn. I can't pause the game when this ha...

I have reason to believe this may somewhat be related to incompatibility with the steam version and the EA launcher. 

Also i've spoken with multiple people playing on PC and they all have this issue to some degree. This REALLY should be on the known issues list.

    @DigitalWolf333 Idk if this may help but you can enable low latency mode in NVIDIA control panel. Maybe even AMD Anti-Lag but I haven't heard if that works on DX12 games. It probably wouldn't fix everything but it might. GPU scheduling enabled or disabled could change something as well. Try it out I would say.
