Please help. I bought EA Play for a 1 Month, and

And I didn't get BMW M3 GTR LE, why? I bought EA Play before and I got M3 but in that time I didn't get it, help please

    Hey @Behruz-1 

    Apologies for the confusion the EA Play subscription is platform and client specific. To confirm, you are launching the game via Steam. 

    However, you have an EA play subscription with your Game Pass Ultimate Subscription. The EA play sub you get via gamepass only works with the EA app (the PC client, like Steam). 

    Since you are launching NFS Unbound via Steam it may not be detecting your EA Play subscription as the EA Play sub only works on the EA App. 

    Would it be possible to uninstall NFS Unbound from where you currently have it installed, and then install it via the EA App instead. Once done launch the game and check both SP and MP if you unlock the EA Play rewards. 

    • Also be sure to back up your Saves before uninstalled by navigating to: %USERPROFILE% \ Documents \Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame and making a copy of the folder to your desktop (or another folder location)

Thanks for the additional information! Also, I've merged your threads together since they cover the same issue. 

Based on the information you've shared, To confirm you are launching the Steam version but have EA play via Gamepass? 

If so the Gamepass Ultimate subscription gives you access to EA Play via the EA app client. Would it be possible to uninstall the Steam version and install the EA app version then launch the game and check if the EA Play rewards appear in SP or MP? 

Also be sure to back up your Saves before uninstalled by navigating to: %USERPROFILE% \ Documents \Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame and making a copy of the folder to your desktop (or another folder location)

No, I'm not using my Xbox account on PC, I bought firstly nfs unbound on Epic Games at 26 December 2022, then, in 10 February 2024 i bought on Steam and nfs unbound automatically linked to Steam, but it is the same EA account of nfs unbound, Xbox account with nfs unbound have a different progress, so before I bought on Steam, I played nfs unbound by launching in EGS, and had an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which automatically give an EA Play subscription with BMW M3 GTR LE and custom tuned Mercury Caugar, but when I bought recently Game Pass, and launched the Steam version of the game, with EA Play which I automatically got, but I didn't get BMW M3 GTR LE and this custom tuned Mercury Caugar

    Hi sorry If I'm disturbing you, but can you help me, I cant find a party server, it shows error FTCL 5001, then, when I'm trying to find a party server, it says that connection is lost, it happens whenever I'm trying to find a party server, can you help me please, my wifi is fast and good quality and very reliable

    У меня такая же проблема только с epic game, нет машины, я уже и устанавливал и удалял, подписка есть, а эти две машины в гараж сетевой игры так и не упали

    Короче просто установи мод Remix и там уже в магазине кастомных тачек, мотай пока не увидишь Бэху и можешь спокойно её купить

    Так в сетевой игре не будет раз это мод? Или всё равно будет

    Этот мод можно и в мультиплеере и в сюжетке использовать, тебя за это не забанят потому что у них нет системы анти чита

    Да всегда пожалуйста родной, брат, у тебя так же если в настройках, зайдёшь в Game в гараже, и потом выберешь Overcast то дождь будет выглядеть очень реалистично, так же в магазине кастомных тачек там будут разные тачки всех мастей, а так же если скачаешь Cheat engine, да да, тот самый старый способ сделать много денег в играх, короче установишь его, и потом скачаешь один скрипт и включив пункт "Item Unlocker", и теперь можно покупать тачки без выполнения заданий, но как по мне теряется ценность машин и поэтому тут уже на твоё усмотрение, хочешь выполнять задания и таким образом чувствовать что ты смог это сделать, или купить сразу, хотя все же у некоторых тачек уж слишком сложные задания и поэтому иногда использование этого метода может быть оправдано.
