Premium vol 9 not available
i purchased the ultimate collection and when I loaded up the game it said that I haven't purchased the premium speed pass even though it came included in the collection, ontop of that previous items ...

I'm having same problem for attached r proof I purchased Ultimate Collection that includes Vol 9 premium speed pass and as well screen shot of Vol 9 confirming I already own product through Complete Edition Tracker.... I to can't access my premium pass rewards. I don't know how many files can upload but have 4 screen shots that hope u get all and fix the problem immediately please...
It's insane how they've had this issue since the last update and couldn't fix it or just give us the items since we paid for them.
I keep getting error code fo3 can't load inventory on xbox series X I played game yesterday bought speed pass had an update for nfs unbound since then I can't access multiplayer or career mode now got told answer hq could solve it but no it didn't still loading up with error fo3 fix the game or I want refunded for the game and all dlc I bought over past year or so since released as I pre ordered palace edition
It happened to me too. U will have to delete ur save game files unfortunately.

I found a solution people I uninstalled all the ultimate edition collection all seasons 2 to 8 then uninstall speed pass 9 load game up go online install speed pass 9 only not ultimate collection and you will be able to play and still get your speed pass
It's still not been fixed by ea. I don't feel like it's their priority it's sad that I bought the ultimate collection and still don't got nine premium rewards and I have finished volume 9 and that is sad that we put more time in than they do trying to fix something that we paid for somebody needs to fix this deal with it and get it done.
I have tried everything from uninstalling it deleting it and redownloading it I tried to delete everything and just have it but it tells me it conflicts with the one I already have and it won't let me buy it.
It is completely absurd that it's been out as long as it has and it ain't been fixed somebody tell me something that's worthwhile because I'm about to ask for a refund
