problem with my Need for Speed Unbound save data.

Hello.
I have a problem with my Need for Speed Unbound save data.
While I was playing on PC, a second controller was connected. After that, an error appeared in the game. My friend accidentally pressed some buttons while trying to close the error message.
After restarting the game, my account level remained the same, but all of my cars, story progress, character customization, and garage progress disappeared.
The account is still the same and my player level is still there, but it looks like only part of my save data was reset or corrupted.
Is there any way to restore my previous save, recover my cars, or roll back my account to an earlier backup?
