Problem with Story and Online Nfs Unbound

Greetings 

i have a problem with the progess of the story mode and playing online free roam on vol.9

Story Mode

as firstly i dont know how it happend but iam forever stuck at day and heat 5 if i gonna go to safe house its stil day and some event resets , if i do races i dont get the money , if i going to speedtraps iam not getting any money or xp i tried up and search it and i found a trick to skip day or night to just get busted i tought it wil work , so i did the trick and i'm now on the night and my heat is currently 0 but i cant still progess the story i"m right now stuck in week 2 saturday qualifier.

Online Mode

and now on online if i want to play free roam i get a error code F03 

i'm on Xbox Series S
