Profile name doesnt update in game
Hi ! I've changed my profile name and also nickname on ea app and on account settings , correctly display as Guntra but doesnt update in game ( nfs unbound ) , anyone has any idea how to solve that ?...

DICE TeamYes the username still didnt update yet , its been 3 days already .
Problem is still there and i'm not the only one apparently. Any idea yet ?
try clearing the EA app cache. ea app > help > app recovery > clear cache. super late but hope this helps someone out there having the same issue!
I’m experiencing the same problem, my screen name is just a bunch of numbers and letters and doesn’t match my ea profile
same issue here, name changed as my ingame name was awkward to say but ingame name has not changed for days
Still no solution and no answer , when are you going to work on that ?
Doesn't work for me either. Tried deleting app cache, game cache, no good whatsoever.
we still have this problem. PC - online - no name change only numbers and letters like "ghkg34jhkg12"
but changed it to "MrBlonde777" on EA Play

Login off and on back solved the problem for me
