Profile name doesnt update in game

Hi ! I've changed my profile name and also nickname on ea app and on account settings , correctly display as Guntra but doesnt update in game ( nfs unbound ) , anyone has any idea how to solve that ?...

  @unichuuu I just solved this problem. In EA App you go upper left corner, press *3 lines*, Help, App Recovery, Clear Cache.
