Progress gone

Hey I have over 200+ hours in NFS and finally hot to play again on my PC after a year of playing on my ROG ally. For some reason all of my cars, clothes, and designs are gone except exclusive cars I unlocked how do I get it back if anyone knows please help.

Progress is locally saved, EA does not have the ability to return your progress.

So everything I lost is completely gone.

Unfortunately, you'll have to start over again. This has happened to me twice in NFS Heat.
