Progress in Lakeshore Online Unbound suddenly disappeared

I have played Lakeshore Online Unbound for dozens of hours, but when I opened it again, my progress suddenly disappeared and I had to start from scratch, while the rank still remains at 85. How can I recover my progress?

Hi @daneelz, It sounds as if your save has become corrupted. Do you remember receiving an error code or a message your last session could not save?
