progress Steam error Unbound

Hi, all the progress in the game has completely disappeared, I have installed a new video card and a new WIndows, progress has disappeared both online and offline, please help me here is my account information "CovertOrc117225" the game was purchased on Steam and I do not understand how to solve the problem, I am waiting for feedback, thank you!

Hey @mayhemhard,

NFS Unbound saves are stored locally. When you reinstalled Windows, did you wipe the data on your PC? It seems to me that this is the most likely cause of your issue.

@mayhemhard Yes, of course I installed a completely clean Windows 10! But it's an online game too, and why isn't my save online*?
