PS5 Controller support on PC
The game is unplayable to the sense that you cannot rebind anything on the ps5 controller when on this game. Connecting though steam and setting up a config doesnt resolve the issue further. Loading ...

got the game on origin and my dualsense triggers were set to a and b since I first launched the game, the gas and brake didn't work either, the only trigger that worked is the left on and it made the camera face forward and when I let go the camera looked backward; ps5 controller doesnt work at all, any fixes?
I had the same problem but with a PS4 controller. After many hours i found a way that worked for me. Plug in your controller and go to steam controller settings > check the boxes next to guide button focuses steam, ps4 configuration support and xbox configuration support > add NFS Unbound as non-steam game, add NFS Unbound Trial as a non-steam game and also add EA Desktop app to steam > launch ea app from steam > after ea app starts running launch NFS unbound and leave the ea app and steam running in the background.
Very unusual and unnecessary but i hope this helps.PS: always plug in your controller before you launch any other program and also the ea app must be fully closed before you start playing again after you close the game.

I've tried everything to fix this but nothing is working. All my controller binds are messed up where my R2 button is bound on X and stuff like that. Nothing works and I'm pretty mad about this.
I've been playing Need for Speed Unbound normally, however, I had to format my computer. When I installed the game again, and connected my controller, I found out that my PS4 controller was all switched up. R2 acts as A, L2 acts as B, the face buttons act as the D-Pad and the D-Pad itself outright doesn't work. In everything else it works fine, it only happens in Unbound as far as I know. Any help would be very much appreciated.
I'm using a PS5 controller on PC and while playing the trial version everything worked perfectly, but now that I have bought the full version the controller mapping is completely wierd. For example the A button in game is mapped to R2.
The game is absolutely unplayable like that.I solved the problem for me, I'm playing with PS5 controller on PC, I had to install dualsenseX, emulate the controller as xbox360 and then start the game through xbox game launcher, not the ea app. I think there are each different ways to get it to work depending on how you got the game.
