I was literally just playing lockdown and I extracted with razors car but I lagged out and It says I got it but I’d didn’t, it’s not in my garage can you please figure something out because the only bmw m3 gtr that I have is the 30th anniversary one

EA support does not have the ability to manually grant missing vehicles, your best option is to try repeating the event.
