Something similar happened to me with the adbusting trophy on PS5 got all 80 billboards but i didnt get the car or the trophy and i cant buy it either.

Just an update after Vol 3 was released.
the achievement still hasn't unlocked
Repeated all the steps i previously mentioned and redid the races each time exceeding the point total the achievement requires.Hi,
I'm having the same problem, I've scored twice above 250000, once 260000 and just 10 minutes ago 312000 and still Flow master trophy hasn't been unlocked.
