The BMW M3 GTR "Legends" Edition is only obtainable in multiplayer Lakeshore Online. It is not obtainable in single-player Story mode.
You only get to "Test Drive" it once in Yaz's last High Heat Car Delivery.
@EA_Pythia The BMW M3 GTR "Legends" Edition is not obtainable in single-player Story mode. I completed Yaz's last High Heat Car Delivery myself back in December 2022 and I couldn't buy the car upon completion. It's only obtainable in multiplayer Lakeshore Online.
