Re: Can't customize online character

I decided to start from the beginning. No worries. I only spent two nights custom designing my livery and grinding through the first week of the single player mode obtaining the highest level 2015 Honda Civic RT i could.

I also figured out what everyone was saying about “managing content”. You go to your Home Screen, NOT THE GAME SCREEN/PRODUCT PAGE — press options on the icon of NFS Unbound to get the contextual menu, THEN manage content — I found I didn’t have the pre-order stuff installed. Just the Palace Stuff was installed.

maybe that’s where the bug lies. A combination of that, and early access play.

So — KEEP YOUR CLOUD SAVE, but delete your console save. This will ensure you don’t lose all your pre-order and Palace stuff. I almost made that mistake. Good thing I have two PS5s!!!!

@theanimasterI'm glad it worked for you, but this doesn't solve the issue for anyone who doesn't (and shouldn't have to) delete their progress. I've already completed the campaign, got like 90% of the activities, 100% of the collectibles and have made online progress too. I'm not about to give everything up for that. I did try this method though. I deleted the save file off the PS5, and redownloaded it from the Cloud. Also deleted the two files for Palace and preorder content, and it didn't fix the issue sadly.

Still need a proper patch for this.
Edit: @EA_Atic I believe this has something to do with the pre-order content on PS5, like the guy above mentioned. Because my friend who got the Palace edition recently without the pre-order content doesn't have this issue. Something about the pre-order content messed up any ability to edit the character model online.

Is there a chance to solve the problem or are you just leaving us with it ???
