Re: Car bugged leads to Story Mode not loading

I have recently completed story mode and was going to start playing multiplayer. I equipped the asap rocky mercedes and did a few link up and races in other cars aswell. Then all of a sudden the mercedes bugged out all bodywork and wheels disappeared except chassis. And no I can't even load up my game to sell car or change it when I click on online it fills the loading bar then just stays there. Either there needs to be a quick fix or a refund as im not able to play the product I paided for. But on terms of refunds EA does not give any option to put in formal complaints about there games or a clear refund request system. Which I think is very poor customer service surely by now there should be something in place for moments like this.
