Literally 5 Minutes after posting this i solved the issue!
I disabled Anti LAg in the AMD Adrenalin Software, now it works, Anti Lag seems to interfere with something.

- @LilBoPaul Another question. Was it Anti Lag or Anti Lag+? Cause Anti Lag+ does stuff to the game that regular Anti Lag doesn't do. I just want to clearify.
