If you haven't can we also try the following:
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install or Repair the VC++ files for your game (Origin or EA app)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

Windows updated to latest version
Video card driver - 7 options were installed. Modified version, official latest, official previous - 4 versions.
I reinstalled the game 4 times, on different drives. SSD and HDD
Vc++ is also the latest version.
I cleared the cache, restored files, lowered the graphics, changed the resolution. Disabled the sound driver.
Everything is in vain. The game runs smoothly and well during these 5-25 minutes. But not for long... - EA_Illium

And so, 2-3 months ago I bought this “wonderful” game. Problems started immediately. I’ll answer right away - my PC meets the minimum requirements.
1.After installation/reinstallation, it takes a very long time to load the start screen.
2. Periodically there are freezes on new versions of video card drivers. (SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 570 8GB) Old drivers do not give so many freezes, but the performance does not appear either.
3.The most important thing is DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNGEverything is updated - Windows, C++, NetFramework, VGA drivers and everything like that.
I saw a bunch of options for how to fix it - none of them helped. I cleaned folders, lowered the resolution, turned off the sound card, reinstalled it on different types of disks. This problem only happens with THIS game!

И так, 2-3 месяца назад я купил сей "замечательную" игру. Проблемы начались сразу же. Сразу отвечу - мой ПК соответсвует минимальным требованиям.

2.Переодически имеет фризы на новых версиях драйверов видеокарты. (SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 570 8GB) Старые драйвера не дают так много фризов, но и работоспособность не появляется.
3.Самое главное - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNGВсё обновлено - Windows, С++, NetFramework, драйвера VGA и всему тому подобное.
Видел кучу вариантов как исправить - ни один не помог. Чистил папки, снижал разрешение, отключал звуковую карту, переустанавливал на разные типы дисков. Такая проблема только с ЭТОЙ игрой!
