Install video drivers from the new download.

This is an EA issue and happens with MANY of your games....how about actually patching it, or coming up with something useful instead of telling the customer to UpDaTe YoUr DrIvErS and then ignoring any kind of follow up. What kind of dog-* customer service is that?
This isn't 2004, and most people gaming on PC have the common knowledge to update their drivers.
I keep having the same issue, am a computer tech, and tried all recommended "remedies" on my end...I'm running out of reasons to keep buying Play Pro.
It's funny how this seems to be an issue that only ever relates to EA, their dog-* servers, their dog-* optimization, or their dog-* support. And if the game is released through another service like Steam, there never seems to be an issue with that version.
I'm at the point where I'd rather not even bother rolling the dice on another broken game from EA and just set a $100 bill on fire.
