Also, to confirm are you playing via Steam on the Boosteroid Cloud streaming service?
If so, I've seen similar reports with people who play on Geforce Now, if the service creates a new "Device" every time you connect or reconnect and it may be generating issues accessing your account.

The error itself says: Cannot run because there are multiple devices playing on this account.
Also, so I am playing with the steam version of nfs unbound through that platform.
In that case what can be done? 🤔

I would recommend reaching out to Boosteroid support with their cloud streaming.
My guess would be either their service is trying to sign into your account several times when you attempt to play, or your previous connections are still active making several different system use your account at once.
If you have a way to stop all streams from them, you could try that. If not you will want to speak with their support.
