@voss_zero idk if it's a issue with the game thinking that you have dupes, I have Big Lou's Eclipse and yet I have three other versions of the eclipse (My own, Melissa's version and that other version that is from an Rival in singleplayer), check your total car count across both singleplayer and multiplayer, including the cop garage
