SAVE GAME ERROR/PROGRESS RESET
Greetings, Lane Changers!
With the release of our recent January patch we have introduced an in game prompt for when the game cannot successfully save to your desired location. We would like to provide you with further details on this message and what you should expect.
Early on during your game session the game will make an attempt to save your current progress. Should you receive the ‘Unable to save file.’ prompt, the game has attempted to auto save and has encountered an issue. If you see this error message pop up during gameplay, the game has stopped saving any new progression to avoid overwriting the last verified autosave.
If you have encountered this message your progress is not saved nor will it be for this session. Please manually close the game app, turn on your engines and continue playing your progression prior to the previous session.
The team continues to investigate the issue as well as ways to mitigate potential game save corruption and progression loss.
