When I play the Single Player my day does not advance properly and I’m forever stuck on Wednesday Night and I get Daytime deliveries and different events that aren’t supposed to occur at Night.

Intro Hello, I’m on PS5 and have been experiencing this bug where I cannot play the story mode normally anymore since the beginning of Volume 7. (I have beaten the story and do not know if this affects people who haven’t)It is now Volume 8 and the bug is still present. It seems to be a very rare bug that I’ve seen few people have, however I’m hoping this bug will be patched soon as half the game has become borderline unplayable!!What Happens in This BugLoading into the garage in either Story or Online is longer than usual. (more specifically the black screen that appears before showing the garage menu) When looking at the map, the available meetups are fewer (2-3) than normal depending on the day (like 4-7 I believe) with these few meetups only having 1 race each. Delivery missions show $0 as the reward and upon completion the reward screen shows $0 for all the time completion ranks and $0 as the reward given. (It does give you the normal reward regardless) Heat Delivery missions also show $0 as the reward and during the event the damage meter is no longer visible.The heat gained from doing races is no longer given accurately and can prevent you from doing the few events already given as some require a specific heat level. The day of the week menu is stuck on Thursday (it varies depending on the day you left off on before the bug) and it stays as daytime even when it shows the animation of it switching to night when entering the garage. It also shows the usual nighttime events on the map, but during gameplay it is daytime. When continuing to play what you can, going through what should be different days, the game will eventually crash. When going back into story, you will be set back to the same events that were there when first playing before the crash. (This also happens when switching between modes) Left on the pad action (top right corner) when in free roam will sometimes not show up and will be unable to quick select safe house or meetup. ConclusionThis bug has really ruined half of this game and has made earning money very difficult. It has kept me from playing specific tiers of races and the overall playability of this game. I really really REALLY HOPE this gets patched soon, because I miss enjoying the story mode as it’s the core experience of a NFS game.

I have the same issue. I am stuck on Sunday. There a very few events. I have completed the main story along time ago. I am level 109 almost 110. I noticed after the series 8 update after police chases it would freeze for a second. Didn’t think much of it and moved on. The further I got into series 8 the worst things became. It started not banking my money but then would randomly correct itself. Now not only am I stuck on Sunday day but I can’t buy cars or any upgrades or any type. No visual mods no performance parts nothing. I also can’t buy or sell cars. Only the same races are available and it’s locked to certain classes. Also as soon as I leave the garage I automatically have 1 heat level. Please fix this so I can continue to play.

I don’t think I got an error before it happened. I just played one day and it wasn’t working the same anymore.I have a total of 80 wraps and 74 cars across SP and MP.This only happens in single player.

I am also curious about the progress on this issue.Selling the car in-game and deleting the wrapping, reinstalling the game and updating the device drivers for my graphics card did not fix the issue.

For me, the issue occurred following the Volume 9 update. I'm now stuck on Sunday daytime. I play mostly multiplayer these days, but it would be great if there was a fix for this.

Hi,
Is there an update on this? I think there should be a way to reset the single player progress, without affecting the online part, at the very least.

Is it possible to fix this problem now? Even if I want to play single player sometimes, the date doesn't advance, so I can't play.

It seems that the problem is in the save itself, which was created several updates ago. There is no such problem in the new save.

Hey I do have one question I’m doing story mode and at the end of the prelog of the story mode when tax steals my car and I have to get a new car to start off with I’ve been getting stuff on the buy custom ride page when I need to be on the regular buy car page but it’s acting like I have to buy a custom car but I start at 37 thousand dollars I don’t know why but I know I’m not doing anything wrong I need help to fix the issue

I can enter the garage but and in the loading screen it goes from night to day but when the garage loads it’s back on Wednesday Night
