Slow Motion only in Multiplayer

Hi i'm having an issue with NFS Unbound. The game runs smoothly only in Offline mode, while in the multiplayer the game is in slow motion. The FPS state both in Offline mode and Multiplayer mode is same, but Slow Motion only occurs in Multiplater. I have no lagging connection (connection issue) since i've already checked and tried it with another device. I got the game from Steam.

My Notebook specs : 
CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS
GPU : RTX 3050 4gb
Ram : 8 gb

I've already done updating both GPU and CPU driver, updating the Windows, performing clean boot, reinstalling the game, tuning the graphics with Nvidia Control Panel to High Performance and setting the In-game Graphics settings to low, turning off both Steam and Nvidia Overlay, and clearing EA app cache. Can you fix the problem please?
