Song announcements show even when music is disabled

Summarize your bug I prefer to have my own soundtrack playing, so I put NFS Unbound music volume to 0. However song title announcements keep popping up. This makes no sense.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reduce music volume to 0, play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Song author/title announcements are shown
What do you expect to see? Song author/title announcements should not be shown (I can't hear the music anyways)
