Speed pass vol 7 premium rewards missing

What happens when the bug occurs? The items I unlocked/bought don't show up on my account
What do you expect to see? The items I bought and unlocked to be available for me to choose/use

I bought and finished the speed pass vol 7. Now I installed the game and bought the Palace expansion. Now my Vol 7 premium pass items is nowhere to be found. The free rewards (i.e. the BMW M3) still on my garage, just the premium items that gone.
