Speedpass volume 8 premium bought but not working

Product: Need for Speed: UnboundPlatform:Xbox Series XSummarize your bug volume 8 premium speedpass not working, paid for, shows as purchased but nothing from the speedpass premium is available. I'm level 16, have no cars, body kits available form the premium pack. They show up as slightly grayed out and not accessible when looking at the speedpassHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I purchased the pack, it installed, showed as complete, cars are not available, body kits are not available. Tried to restart the console, sign out &amp; fully load the game again. I'm level 16 so it's not related to me unlocking things...What happens when the bug occurs? all the timeWhat do you expect to see? what I paid for 🙂 ‌let me know if you need anything additional

what is the EA ID or Gamertag you are using? Also to confirm are you trying to game share Unbound or the Speed Pass?

gamertag = Hussaryeah, you can see the speedpass premium is active, level is 22, some of the rewards below that level show slightly grayed out - I can't see the body kits which should be available already when customizing the car etc.
