It probably has to do with the extended loading screens. I’ve had the same issue the past week. Someone said it has to do with the vehicles you own too… if you have to many cars accumulated throughout all profiles (single player multiplayer and cop career) it can affect your loading in. Maybe try to reduce the quantity you own? Hope that helps.
