Summarize your bug Stickers on the right side of the car get black.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When i get out of garage, stickers get black
What happens when the bug occurs? Stickers get black
What do you expect to see? Please repair this
Stickers get black on the right side of the car.
What I have found out personally for myself how to circumvent the bug:

Do not make the shapes too big where it goes way beyond the car
Do not edit the liveries while in a lobby
(This includes customization in general)
Do not make the shapes pitch black and only rely on the color selection screen rather than going 0% or 100% for black / white
If another car in your garage becomes black after editing/creating livery for a new car then you have to go back to the new one and find out what's wrong. (Usually it's the color or the shape being too big or even placed beyond the car's view)

I routinely use two PCs to check if my liveries are fine on both ends. Because there have been times where it looks fine on my end and broken on the other. But so far it's been working 100%)
I came here to report the exact same issue. I too am on PC, and I've had this happen on three different vehicles so far.
Everything looks fine in the wrap editor menu, but once you exit the customization menu, the decals on the RT side of the vehicle malfunction. You can see some of their outlines, but they turn mostly black. Going back into the wrap editor corrects the problem, but then exiting the customization menu brings the problem back again.
