stuck in a loading screen when trying to play NFS unbound ONLINE

I was playing online for 5 minutes when the game started bugging out and i lost the back half of my car. so i reset the game to fix it and as soon as i try to load in to online it gets stuck on the g...

@Los_Penchejos in my case , i cant go online , it says : you need to be isnged in to your EA account to access the online of this game , please your internet connection , but theres any issue with my internet , is there someone can help me with thise
