Stuck in loading screen when Joining Online.

When I try to load into Online from the main menu, I get stuck in the graffiti art loading screen. The green bar fills all the way but it never actually loads into the game. I have waited up to 40 mi...

    sorry for the delay. Could try to use a 4g device as a network dice and if the same thing happends, make its not connected to the wifi. @YungLMFAO
