I been stuck on this screen since last month haven’t been able to get in a lobby
Have the exact same isaue did you figure a workaround?

Can't get online and just basically load up 99% then get stuck and need to just close the game down. I can load up story mode but MP is impossible.
I've tried:
Resetting console, router and rebooting the game.
Restoring licences.
Deleting and redownloading the game.
The issue occurred when it wasn't equipping specific performance parts on my car so I needed too back out then load online back up to workaround. I then added a visual piece (licence plate) when I came out it bugged the car and reset the stance and removed decals. I thought okay I just need to back out and load back in to fix it now I can't load into online.
The car has also bugged pretty much invisible in the menu which I think maybe causing the issue loading into online.
