stuck on tier B

Product: Need for Speed: UnboundPlatform:PCSummarize your bug i can't improve the car, it says there are no races for that type of class, and no matter what part I change it will NOT let me. and also, even though I have an improved engine, it still tells me that my car is TIER BHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? @freak_zakiel  What happens when you try to modify it? And can I check what you did with the body kit? Also, what ca are you using?

when I try to modify anything, change the engine, parts of the car, etc... it tells me that it is not possible because there are no races of that TIER...
and i read that if you cahnge the body kit to the basic one, you can fix this bug.. but no i not able to change the body kit cos it said the same.... there are not races from that TIER....

Thank you. Wiping the save and starting fresh might be the way forward, but I'd like to check some stuff first.

I assume not, but do you have the ability to purchase another car, so you can toggle between them?

Can you modify your license plate, or manually try edit body parts(rather than trying to swap the whole kit), and does that change anything?
Are you able to play in the open world and earn money that way? It doesn't sound like an especially viable way to earn enough for a car to test, but if you happen to have a bunch saved up, you might try it?

What's the tuning rating of the car? Aka how far off are from the boundary between B and A? You might be able to tune it a few points up/down by using the downforce slider in the handling menu, and/or change the grip/drift settings. Could be worth a try.
