"The Collector" trophy bug on Epic Games
I got more than 10 cars in my online garage and the achievement popped up in the ea app but this single trophy did not sync with EGS launcher, while the others had no issue syncing up. This makes the platinum for the game unachievable.

EA support can't assist you with granting the missing achievement. You will need to try other ways for unlocking the achievement.
