Same on PC on Steam version, it start after buy ultimate upgrade for me.

Exactly, after installing the ultimate collection upgrade, the game starts to freeze when completing certain events.

    Same for me. Im on PS5 Pro, when bought ultimate edition, only then i started to get this annoying freeze.
