That looks does like missing or corrupt texture files.&nbsp;

Origin: right click the game and then Repair
Steam: verify files -&nbsp;https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
EA app: click the manage button and then Repair

I've seen similar issues and none of the proposed fixes help.
