NFS Unbound has been crashing my PC after 10 mins of gameplay since a week.I haven't changed anything in the system or changed any game settings. I'll tell you the exact chain of actions.I start the game -> the game loads normally; load times are normal -> i load into the game world -> i drive around for approx. 10 mins -> game freezes; the audio keeps running in the background -> the computer is instantly unresponsive -> the only way out is by shutting the pc downThis is happening consistently since last week, as a result i haven't been able to make any progress in the game and have lost in-game money due to the game crashes mid-race. Please let me know of a solution to solve this. I haven't found any solutions elsewhere on the internet. Please let me know if you need any other information regarding this issue, i will be glad to help.

Have the same problems as everyone else here. Random crashes without any errors. Once seen DirectX Function Error GetDeviceRemovedReason error. I wonder are you guys even making some fixes? Years go by but a lot of folks still can not play this game via your damned ea client.Sending you my dxdiag. Will be very surprised and grateful if you help fix this nonsense.Additionally already tried the steps that I am replying to and have all the latest updates. And of course, this occurs only with this game via your client. Every game from the last couple of years worked fine and some are still working flawlessly.

It is possible there was Windows or other updates that are causing an issue, you can check this and roll back the update(s) to see if that helps.

Additional troubleshooting:

Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair

Download and install all available Windows Updates

Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Hey @kwin369

Based on your Dxdiag I can recommend a few things to try.

Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Default to your Nvidia card, instead of your Intel card

Check for other applications that may be limiting NFS Unbound

Try running the client and game as an admin

These should help if any other software is blocking or conflicting with NFS Unbound or the EA app

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

Once in a clean boot only launch EA app and NFS Unbound with nothing else running to check if this continues.
