Ultimate edition content not appearing

I got unbound ultimate edition but I don't have a lot of the things I'm supposed to have(cars, projections, etc..) all I have is some rims, not even the clothes seem to have activated.

I have the speed pass and I'm level 5 but I also haven't received anything from it

After completing the tutorial I got a prompt with like 460 items but I don't have even half of those.

Also I think my map is bugged check the vid but the keys to the map aren't working and the calendar is all bugged.
