Unable to initialise download for NFS Heat on EA App

The download progress bar that would usually show up on the bottom left of the app doesn't show up and the "Download" button can still be clicked on.

The rest of my library can be downloaded

I own a laptop and a newly aquired desktop for gaming, my laptop is able to download Heat just fine but the desktop is the one with the issue.

I own the game on Steam as well, and have deleted all of the game's files in the Steam directory to no avail.

I've cleared the cache of the app and still nothing
